Big Plans for 2 Toovey Street, Caboolture!
Under an LNP Government, we’ll secure funding to refurbish and reconfigure the site—ensuring it’s fit-for-purpose for the community groups moving in.
With the Caboolture PCYC set to vacate its current location in 2025, we’re committed to ensuring the neighbouring 2 Toovey Street facility is transformed into a modern, functional space for the local community.
This vital upgrade will:
- Support services for children, seniors & those with complex needs.
- Help local organisations grow their programs
- Strengthen community engagement in the heart of Caboolture
- Support services for children, seniors & those with complex needs.
Some of the local community groups that will benefit from this upgrade include Spiders Boxing Club Inc, Caboolture Men’s Shed, Morayfield & District Lions Club, Community Recycle For Charity (CRC), and Caboolture U3A , each of which plays a crucial role in supporting local residents through health, education, and social programs.
The City of Moreton Bay has already committed $3 million, and we’re ready to deliver the rest. Together, we can turn 2 Toovey Street into a vibrant hub where people of all ages can connect, learn, and thrive.
Great work from Adam Hain – Div 3 Councillor – City of Moreton Bay too! Helping to get this project moving!
