A group of Coalition MPs from outer-urban electorates are demanding that the major telcos step up their commitment to serving the communities they represent.

The major problem is a lack of coverage in areas where they don’t want to pay for new towers, but the frustration also extends to the customer service constituents receive and the lack of timely repairing of networks when problems arise. 

They have forgotten about the families and businesses on the urban fringe of our cities.
