National Leadership Forum
I recently welcomed an amazing group of young adults who were nominated by their peers because they show real leadership potential. This group comes from a wide range of faiths and cultural backgrounds, which made the day even more inspiring.
As the Parliamentary host, I got to share my story about how I got into politics. I talked about the challenges I’ve faced, mistakes I’ve made, and what I’ve learned about leadership along the way.
It was great to connect with these future leaders and encourage them to follow their own path with confidence and honesty.
Leadership isn’t about being perfect. It’s about sticking with it, being humble, and staying true to what you believe in.
I’m really excited to see how these young people will shape the future!
