for grant applications and award nominations from Terry Young MP

Conditions

  1. Letter of support requests must be submitted a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the date it is due back to the organisation.
  2. All above sections need to be completed in detail and the form returned before the 2-week timeframe commences.

 

Can I organise a letter of support for someone else?

Yes, you can complete this request form on behalf of another person or organisation, however, all required information must be provided in this form or the request will be unable to be fulfilled.
