Bullying and cyberbullying continue to have a serious impact on students’ mental health, learning and wellbeing. Families deserve confidence that, no matter which school their child attends, bullying will be taken seriously and handled appropriately.

The Anti-Bullying Rapid Review is now underway, led by experts Dr Charlotte Keating and Dr Jo Robinson AM. The review examines how schools across Australia currently respond to bullying, what’s working, and what needs to change. One key outcome will be the development of a consistent national standard for addressing bullying and its underlying causes.

 The written submission process is now open and will run until Friday, 20 June 2025. This is your opportunity to share your experiences, raise concerns and offer ideas to help shape a stronger response to bullying in our schools.

 Parents, teachers, students and community members are all encouraged to take part.
